Refund and returns policy

At Covet and Mane®, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hair products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our refund and returns policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning or refunding an item.


You can request a return directly through your account within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all attached tags.

Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card institution.

Please note: If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, we suggest checking your bank or credit card account once more for any updates. Following that, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card institution, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted on your account, and there can be a processing period before the refund is reflected. If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact your Covet Concierge via your account portal in your Dashboard.


Depending on which financial institution you are with, refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please get in touch with your bank.

It is important to note that refunds from Afterpay will go back to the card that was used to pay for the individual installment. If you have used different cards to pay for your installments, it is normal to not receive all refunded amounts at the same time.

If your card has been canceled, you can get in touch with your bank for some help. A lot of the time, the funds will be sitting in a general ledger (unallocated funds) account. The representative at the bank will be able to reassign those funds into your correct account.

Apple Pay

We are not able to issue returns directly to the credit for transactions involving Apple Pay. You Concierge will work with you to arrange an alternate form of refunding your payment.

Gift with purchase

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items that were purchased as part of gift with purchase sale must be returned with the original order.


Although we do not offer exchanges, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact your Covet Concierge.
