Shipping and returns

All orders ship from Pennsylvania  Monday- Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification etc).

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for Free Ground Shipping Orders. We ship via FedEx Next Day mail for Expedited orders.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia via FedEx.  At this time we are not able to ship to any additional countries.  Any Duties and VAT are in the responsibility of the recipient and we do not allow for returns, exchanges or expedited orders for International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all attached tags.

Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.

To request a return:

  1. Visit My Account Page
  2. Select the Order which needs to be return
  3. Click View Order
  4. Select Request Return and complete the information

Returns on Installed Hair

Once hair has been installed, we cannot accept returns. Your Covet Concierge will work with you to find a solution.


Although we do not offer exchanges, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact your Covet Concierge.
